I went to Cubano King with my mom and sister tonight for the first time and it was really busy, but the food quality was excellent and the service was amazing. The ladies working were hustling, so shout out to them! 10/10 recommend you try this place if you haven’t already. Definitely will be back to try some of their other menu items! Cuban Sandwich - was flavorful and not messy at all Pastelito (beef) - Were so good and not dry Maduros (sweet plantains) - also excellent

The food is Cubano King is anything but Cuban. I'm Cuban born and raised and take great pride in my roots. Today my Wife and I visited this restaurant hoping to have a great Cuban meal and we surely did not enjoy any of it. I asked for the Picadillo Meal(Ground Beef) with Potatoes and it was not properly seasoned, it was floating in grease. The plantains were overly done and the rice was very hard. My Wife asked for the Pollo a la Plancha without onions and again the seasoning was off, they loaded it with onions which She is allergic to, the fried plantains were overly done as well and the rice was hard as well. I asked for a Guarapo which is meant to be simply Sugar Cane Juice with ice and I had a mix of coconut and very little sugar cane juice. Definitely not a Guarapo. And last but not least, we asked for Yuca con Mojo. Again very decepting, the Yuca was very hard, dry and no mojo, it was another type of greasy sauce but definitely not mojo. Lastly, I just went to the restroom before leaving and there's a dead roach next to the toilet. The place needs a good cleaning overall. Exactly what you want in a little mom and pop restaurant. The employees are all excited to see you and everything is made with love. Fast, fresh, and flavorful. I definitely needed to take a nap afterwards. The sandwiches, the pastelillos, the yuca fries, everything delicious.

Food was fantastic. Brought me back to my childhood, with all the wonderful flavors in the food. Portions sizes are great. Desserts were our favorite. Best coconut flan I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back with more people.

We had an incredible experience trying out this spot, and it is easily some of the most delicious Cuban food we have ever had. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive from the moment we walked in. We decided to try multiple items across the menu, and honestly, absolutely nothing disappointed. My husband even commented that the flavors were completely authentic, taking him right back to the taste of traditional street vendors in Cuba. The only downside is that the building itself could use a little love. But again, the food is a total triumph and I absolutely need to come back and enjoy it again.
